Q: What are your opening times?
A: We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q: Are there any days that you do not provide service?
A: We are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years’ Day.
Q: How quickly do you collect items?
A: We aim to collect your items within 60 minutes anywhere in the country. However, collections in the highlands of Scotland may take a little longer.
Q: Are there any items that you do not carry?
A: Yes, we do not carry any items that may be regarded as illegal in the normal sense of the word. These items include guns, explosives, illegal drugs etc. If in doubt, please ask us.
Q: Do you carry animals?
A: Yes, we can transport a pet that is in a suitable box anywhere in the UK mainland. We regret that we cannot transport pets internationally.
Q: Do you carry legal drugs (pharmaceuticals)?
A: Yes, we can transport pharmaceuticals from licensed manufacturers / suppliers to hospitals / clinics etc throughout the country and Europe.
Q: Do you carry ‘high value’ items?
A: Yes, we can transport high value items. However, we need to know before the shipment is collected, the value of the item. This is purely to make our insurer aware of the shipment. High value items are always transported in unmarked vehicles.
Q: What do you mean by ‘Europe’? Are there any countries that you do not deliver to?
There a some countries that, due to logistical or insurance reasons, we are unable to deliver to. For a full list of countries that we provide service to, please click here.
Q: I am a personal customer and do not have an account with you, can I use your service?
A: Yes, however, we will require payment to be made via credit or debit card prior to collection of the shipment. Alternatively, payment in cash can be made to the driver on collection.
Q: I am a business customer and do not have an account with you, can I use your service?
A: Yes, we can invoice you for service. Invoices are due for payment 30 (thirty) days from the date of invoice. We can also provide service via credit or debit card prior to collection of the shipment.
Q: What will my credit limit be?
A: That depends on your requirements and status. Like any organisation that you apply to for credit, we will conduct a credit check with Experian. If everything is OK, we will provide the credit limit requested.
Q: Our credit rating is not the best, can we still open an account?
A: Yes, there are a number of possible solutions to this problem. Please contact us.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We generate invoices every Sunday. Payment is due within 30 (thirty) days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
